This was a very comfortable stay out of town. Everything was good, yet a few employees were very rude. Comforts of family room with a fireplace were fabulous. I had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge.

The High Country Inn is conveniently located close to offices and businesses in Whitehorse. It is an adequate facility, with a restaurant/lounge (good!) on site and good parking.
The rooms are adequate, but not great. I don't think a jacuzzi tub is a decorating feature, so having one in the middle of my room is not what I'm looking for. The carpets in my room needed redoing - they were not clean and were buckled in a number of places. I stepped on a metal sliver walking barefoot in the room. Compared to other hotels in Whitehorse, it's about the same.
